It is possible to be absent from one poster session or lecture if you have a good reason. As a compensation, I would ask you to prepare an essay of (min) four pages on one of the poster topics presented in the session or, in case you missed one of the two lectures, on the lecture topic. In addition, similarly to all other students, I expect you to return your learning diaries on the missed poster session as well by having a look at the posters and abstracts (will be posted in Optima) afterwards.
